You can make like a Haniwa’s reddish touch work at temperature of 750℃ - 900℃ of Raku firing. The grain rate is a little rough, but this clay can bear quite bold rapid heating and quenching. In terra cotta of making an image, try to make the thickness of the image uniform and dry the whole image uniformly. If you bake this clay with 6% of Bengara (red oxide), it will be strong reddish color and will be baked in Shibui (cool) touch after applied Raku firing transparent glaze.
