After payment and delivery of items, cancellation is not acceptable.
Before payment and delivery, we accept cancellation request by e-mail.
When you request cancellation of orders, please send e-mail to us, quoting e-mail of confirmation of your orders and data.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges in general.
We pack the items with the high level of care for shipping.
But if you receive defective items or the number of items is different from what you order, you may return them for a refund or exchange.
Please send e-mail to us within 14 days of receiving them.

When you want for an exchange or a refund of items, please note:
Items must be unused
Items must have all attachments, such as case, manual and so on.
Items that are damaged through customers' fault are not acceptable.
